Look what I accomplished today. I didn’t think I had the energy to scrap anything when I came home from work tired, cold and wet (Nothing like a bit of rain when it’s freezing outside).
I’ve been putting off making my London album for ages. I couldn’t decide on a style that would fit both photos of the modern city and the old classic parts. I finally just decided to keep it super simple and let the photos and text be my key features. (Yes I know it always should be like that but let us face it – we have all tried to be hypnotized by a gorgeous kit and forgotten that it is all about the photos). I am also reusing a lot of the layouts. I’m trying to persuade my self that it will help the album to look more cohesive when in reality it is simply because I’m lazy but a lazy scrapper is a happy scrapper.
Now I just need to finish the rest of the album. That shouldn’t be that difficult, right? And yes, I definitely need to teach Flemming to take off his sunglasses when I take his photo. I’d much rather look into his eyes than seeing my own reflection.
